When I was a little kid, I always played outside in the hot, hot sun. Before I went out to play in summer, my mom always put sunscreen on me. I didn’t like it but she said it’s important so I don’t get burned like a toast!

A few months ago, me and my grandmother were planting seeds. She told me to dig some soil from the pot and she said she will put new soil later. While I was digging, I suddenly saw something shiny. I washed it and guess what? It was my brother Pravin’s marble! He lost it many years ago. I felt like a treasure hunter! We were planting pea seeds, but when our internet went out one time, my plants became dry and the seeds didn’t grow. That made me sad.

The second treasure I found was also a marble. I lost it about a year ago and it rolled inside a very tight space. Today I saw it again and I quickly took it out because if I forget again, then poof! It will be gone forever.

The third treasure was a yellow ring. I found it when I was going upstairs with Mom and Dad to talk about our home renovation. But I lost the ring again. I don’t even know where it went this time!

The fourth treasure was another ring. I found it in my school playground. I was talking to my friends, and then I looked down and saw something on the ground. I shouted, “I found something!” All my friends came running, and they were all very excited. It was a ring again! Everyone was surprised.

I think I am very good at finding treasures. Maybe one day I will find gold or diamonds!
